The role

A Travel Coordinator plans and runs adventure itineraries alongside local guides, then stays with travelers through the whole journey. It is part logistics, part storytelling — and entirely about making hard-to-reach places feel possible.

Responsibilities

Research remote regions and build routes with local guides and operators.
Shape itineraries — permits, transfers, lodging, contingency days, weather windows.
Stay close to travelers from first enquiry through to the final flight home.
Keep trip documents, budgets, and supplier details accurate and current.
Write clearly: pre-departure notes people actually read and trust.

Requirements

Real travel experience beyond resorts and package tours.
Strong written communication and calm, prompt replies.
Comfort with logistics, spreadsheets, and multiple time zones.
Reliable internet and the self-direction that remote work demands.
No formal qualification or résumé required — we read every application.
